THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND NON-PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
Case study on the rotary section of CV Sinar Sengon Sejahtera
Abstract
Employee performance is one of very important factor in the success of the company. Employee performance is influenced by several aspects such as leadership style and non-physical work environment. This research was conducted for test whether leadership style and non-physical work environment have a significant influence on employees at CV Sinar Sengon Sejahtra. The sample in this study were employees of CV Sinar Sengon Sejahtera rotary section, totaling 53 respondents. Data analysis was performed by classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis performed using IBM Statistic 25. The results of the analysis show that leadership style and non-physical work environment significantly influence employee performance at CV Sinar Sengon Sejahtera.
