Jurnal Agrimanex: Agribusiness, Rural Management, and Development Extension https://journal.unsika.ac.id/agrimanex <p><strong>Jurnal Agrimanex: Agribussiness, Rural Management, and Development Extension</strong> adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Program studi Agribisnis, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Jurnal Agrimanex pertama kali diterbitkan pada bulan September 2020. Jurnal ini berfokus pada kajian dan pengembangan Ilmu Sosial Ekonomi Pertanian dan Agribisnis. <strong>Agribisnis</strong> merupakan bisnis berbasis pertanian serta sistem pertanian yang organisasi dan manajemenya secara rasional dirancang untuk mendapatkan nilai tambah komersial yang maksimal dengan menghasilkan barang dan jasa yang diminta pasar melalui proses transformasi biologis biota (tanaman, ternak, ikan), proses usahatani, pasca panen, pengolahan dan niaga. <strong>Manajemen pedesaan</strong> merupakan kemampuan desa dalam hal pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, dalam hal ini masyarakat desa dan sumber daya alam sesuai dengan karakteristik desa. <strong>Penyuluhan pembangunan</strong> merupakan suatu kegiatan proses perubahan sosial, ekonomi dan politik untuk memberdayakan dan memperkuat kemampuan masyarakat melalui proses belajar bersama yang partisipatif, agar terjadi perubahan dalam prilaku pada diri semua stakeholders (individu, kelompok, kelembagaan) yang terlibat dalam proses pembangunan, demi terwujudnya kehidupan yang semakin berdaya, mandiri, dan partisipatip yang semakin sejahtera secara berkelanjutan (<em>sustainable</em>).</p> <p>Jurnal Agrimanex mengkaji tiga poin keilmuwan tersebut sesuai dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di Indonesia.</p> <p>Jurnal ini terbit selama 2 kali dalam setahun yaitu setiap bulan Maret dan September.</p> Program Studi Agribisnis, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang id-ID Jurnal Agrimanex: Agribusiness, Rural Management, and Development Extension 2723-3391 Analysis of the Effect of Consumption Value on Purchase Intention and Green Trust as Mediation on Organic Vegetable Products in Karawang Regency https://journal.unsika.ac.id/agrimanex/article/view/12023 <p><em>The rise of the healthy lifestyle trend has increased public awareness and habits and started to switch to consuming organic agricultural products. One type of organic agricultural product is organic vegetables. This encourages changes in consumer perceptions and behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze and identify the effect of consumption value on purchase intention on organic vegetables in Karawang. The population of this study were consumers who knew organic vegetables and had consumed organic vegetables in Karawang. This study took a sample of 115 respondents by purposive sampling. Data analysis using SEM-PLS analysis. The findings in this study are that consumption value has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention on organic vegetables in Karawang. The perception of young people towards the profession of a farmer has also become a problem that has resulted in a decrease in the number of farmers in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors influence the perception and interest of students of the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Teuku Umar University in deciding to become millennial farmers; and to find out the relationship between perception and interest of students of the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Teuku Umar University in deciding to become millennial farmers. The study results showed that in external factors, the area of land ownership, parental support, and government support had a low percentage value. While community support and the use of technology had a high percentage value. The correlation between the two variables was 0.511 with a sig.(2-tailed) is 0.001 smaller than the limit of α = 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between the two variables of perception and interest of students of the Agribusiness Study Program in deciding to become millennial farmers. </em></p> Mayhilda Nitami Maulidar Maulidar Dimas Bagus Susanto Rina Novi Yani Banta Diman Ria Rimfani Musna Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Agrimanex: Agribusiness, Rural Management, and Development Extension 2024-09-30 2024-09-30 5 1 9 21 DETERMINANTS OF FARMERS' MOTIVATION IN ADOPTING RICE CULTIVATION TECHNOLOGY TO OPTIMIZE PRODUCTIVITY https://journal.unsika.ac.id/agrimanex/article/view/12067 <p>Kabupaten Karawang merupakan penghasil beras terbesar kedua&nbsp;di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang menjadi potensi tersendiri untuk mengoptimalkan produktivitas dengan mengadopsi teknologi budidaya padi yang baik dan modern. Dalam proses adopsi diperlukan motivasi dan pertisipasi petani yang tainggu untuk menjalankannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penentu motivasi petani dalam adopsi teknologi budidaya padi sebagai upaya mengoptimalkan produktivitas. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara <em>random sampling </em>dengan jumlah 50 responden terdiri dari anggota gapoktan di Desa Rangdumulya, Kecamatan Pedes, Kabupaten Karawang.
