Pendampingan UMKM Opak dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Nilai Tambah Produk di Desa Karanganyar, Kecamatan Klari, Kabupaten Karawang
Abstract
UMKM memiliki potensi mendukung kesejahteraan ekonomi mandiri masyarakat. Selain itu UMKM juga memili kontribusi yang besar pada perekonomian Indonesia dengan menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak 96,9%, kontribusi PDB sebesar 60,5%, dan total investasi UMKM Nasional 60,0%. Sayangnya UMKM menghadapi permasalahan yang umum terjadi, yaitu pengembangan produk, kemasan dan digitalisasi pemasaran. Maka dari itu kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan nilai tambah produk yang ada di UMKM Opak Apik Teh Tika yang berlokasi di Desa Karanganyar, Kecamatan Klari, Kabupaten Karawang. Saat ini, UMKM tersebut masih dalam proses pengembangan karena masih terbatasnya variasi produk dan pemasaran. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan UMKM Opak Apik Teh Tika dapat lebih berkembang dan memiliki nilai tambah produk yang lebih baik.
