Good business planning indicators include: Simple (Convenient and practical) to do; Specific in its time, personnel, and budget; Realistic in goals, budgets, and achievement targets, and complete or complete all the elmens. </em></p> <p><em>.&nbsp; </em></p> 2022-10-19T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Journal for Management Student (JFMS) https://journal.unsika.ac.id/index.php/jfms/article/view/10534 INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY, AND CONVENIENCE USE OF THE APPLICATION ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (CASE STUDY OF MAXIM USERS IN BANDAR LAMPUNG CITY) 2023-12-10T15:07:26+07:00 Ahmad Irfansyah ahmadirfansyahmz@gmail.com Amelian Azzahra Amelian@gmail.com Amelia Agusanti Amelia@gmail.com Vicky F Sanjaya vicky@radenintan.ac.id <p><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh toko ladyfame yaitu terkait dengan suasana toko, seperti toko yang tidak besar dan luas sehingga ruang gerak konsumen menjadi terbatas terutama pada saat pengunjung banyak. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Hal ini tentu mengganggu kenyamanan pengunjung karena pengunjung tidak bisa leluasa memilih pakaian yang diinginkan. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Fenomena tersebut juga terlihat, berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa suhu udara dalam ruangan di Ladyfame membuat konsumen tidak nyaman, dan hal ini dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Selain suasana toko, lokasi juga dapat menjadi faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Dalam proses penentuan dimana Pembeli akan melihat faktor lokasi akan menjadi penentu. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Pembeli cenderung memilih berbelanja di toko yang mempunyai lokasi strategis. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di Ladyfame Shop kota Bandar Lampung. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 90 responden. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Data kuantitatif merupakan data yang berbentuk kuisioner yang kemudian data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan smartpls 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa store atmosfer mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Berdasarkan pengujian data yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa suasana toko mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, sedangkan lokasi mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan.</span></span></em></p> 2022-10-19T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Journal for Management Student (JFMS)
