LITERATURE REVIEW: HUBUNGAN POLA ASUH IBU PEKERJA TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN SOSIAL ANAK USIA PRASEKOLAH

Early Childhood Education (ECE) plays a significant role in shaping the foundation of preschool-aged children's development. One crucial aspect in child development is the social aspect. In this context, the parenting style applied by mothers, especially those who are working, becomes a factor influencing children's social development. The social development of children is greatly influenced by parental parenting styles. Parenting style refers to the way parents and children interact, which includes meeting physical needs such as eating, drinking, and non-physical needs such as attention, empathy, affection, and others. Community education serves as an essential platform for the exchange of experiences and knowledge among working mothers in balancing work demands and parental responsibilities. Through forums and training sessions, they can support each other and provide practical advice. This not only increases awareness of the importance of good parenting but also provides support in facing the challenges of raising children amidst work responsibilities.

ABSTRAK
Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk fondasi perkembangan anak usia prasekolah. Salah satu aspek krusial dalam perkembangan anak adalah aspek sosial. Dalam konteks ini, pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh ibu, terutama bagi ibu yang bekerja, menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan sosial anak. Perkembangan sosial anak sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor pola asuh orang tua. Pola asuh adalah cara orang tua dan anak berinteraksi, yang meliputi pemenuhan kebutuhan fisik seperti makan, minum dan kebutuhan non fisik seperti perhatian, empati, kasih sayang dan lain-lain. Pendidikan masyarakat penting sebagai tempat pertukaran pengalaman dan pengetahuan ibu pekerja dalam menyeimbangkan tuntutan pekerjaan dan tanggung jawab sebagai orangtua. Melalui forum dan pelatihan, mereka dapat saling mendukung dan memberi saran praktis.
