The treatment that needs to be done is by doing physical exercises in the form of diabetic foot exercises to increase the sensitivity of the feet in patients with diabetes melitus. <strong>Objective</strong> : Identify the effect of foot exercise on increasing foot sensitivity before and after being given foot exercise. <strong>Method</strong> : Analytic descriptive case study using a nursing care approach with 2 respondents. <strong>Result</strong> : There is a big influence on increasing the sensitivity of the feet from respondents 1 of 4 areas that cannot feel the sensation to 1 area that cannot feel the sensation of monofilament. II Sartika Asih Bandung https://journal.unsika.ac.id/index.php/johar/article/view/10943 <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> One effort to maximize hospital functions is to improve administrative services to support other services. Administrative services require office stationery (ATK). Research explains that there is a relationship between the procurement of office stationery and service quality. So it is necessary to manage office stationery properly. R<strong>esearch objective</strong>: To describe the process of receiving, storing and dispensing office stationery at Bhayangkara Tk II Sartika Asih Bandung (RSBSA). <strong>Research method:</strong> This research is descriptive observational quantitative research. The research location is in the RSBSA (office stationery) warehouse. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. <strong>Research Results:</strong> The process of receiving goods (office stationery) at the RSBSA warehouse has been checked and it is in accordance with what was submitted. The process of storing goods (office stationery) in the RSBSA warehouse uses the FIFO and FEFO methods although the storage activities are not neatly organized. Antihypertensive drugs are effective in lowering blood pressure, but the achievement rate is still low worldwide. Although antihypertensive drugs can control blood pressure, low physical activity is a risk factor for hypertension mortality. Therefore, increasing physical activity through aerobic exercise is a recommendation for complementary therapy for the treatment of hypertension. Simultaneous implementation of moderate to high intensity exercise and weight loss through diet has been identified to be able to lower blood pressure more. And the content in tomatoes can lower blood pressure. <strong>Research Objective</strong>: This study aims to determine the effect of aerobics and the administration of tomato juice on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients at the Kartika Clinic 0730 Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta. <strong>Research Method</strong>: This research is a quantitative experimental study with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample is 30 people with purposive sampling technique. The intervention was carried out 4 times for 2 weeks. Aerobic exercise is carried out for 30 minutes and 150 cc of tomato juice without sugar. Fauziah Bireuen https://journal.unsika.ac.id/index.php/johar/article/view/10994 <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Diarrhea is the second cause of death in children under five years of age. Diarrhea can be treated and prevented by the main caregiver at home, namely the mother. Mothers are the main health service providers so healthy maternal habits can improve children’s health and reduce morbidity. This is because children cannot carry out daily activities. Maternal knowledge and a child’s health are interrelated. The practice of washing hands can reduce the incidence of diarrhea by 35 %. <strong>Research objective:</strong> to determine the relationship between mother’s knowledge, attitudes, and hand washing behavior and the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers in the children’s room at dr. Fauziah Bireuen Hospital.<strong> Research method:</strong> This type of research is quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The population is mothers of children suffering from diarrhea in the children’s room at RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen as many as 32 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi-square test. <strong>Research results</strong>: show that there is a relationship between mothers’ knowledge, attitudes and hand washing behavior and the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers in the children’s room at RSUD dr. Electronic medical records are increasingly being implemented in hospitals to achieve improved service quality. The increasing number of hospital investments in information systems indicates that hospitals understand the importance of end-user and system-user satisfaction. User satisfaction is one way to determine the effectiveness and success of an information system. Research explains that information quality influences user satisfaction. <strong>Research objective:</strong> to determine the relationship between information quality and user satisfaction with electronic medical record services at outpatient hospital Queen Latifa Yogyakarta. <strong>Research Method:</strong> this research is quantitative. The population is officers who input medical record data into Sitiql (electronic medical records). The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The sample was 81 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire.
