The evolution of relational marketing has become very important because education is a service that requires long-term relationships with customers. Relational marketing can help schools to maintain good relationships with customers, increase customer satisfaction, and acquire new customers through recommendations from existing customers. The presentation of this article uses a descriptive approach based on the writings of education experts, trying to find the evolution of marketing and marketing educational services. Hanya saja, tingkat pendidikan di Indonesia belum mencapai kualitas terbaik. Pemerintah telah menerapkan berbagai kebijakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan hal ini masih terus dilakukan. Penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Indonesia mengacu pada 8 standar yang dihasilkan Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP). Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) merupakan pedoman penyelenggaraan pendidikan nasional yang bermutu dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengarahan pendidikan. Standar nasional pendidikan meliputi 8 standar yaitu standar isi, standar kompetensi lulusan, standar proses, standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, standar sarana dan prasarana, standar pengelolaan, standar pembiayaan (pendanaan) dan standar penilaian pendidikan (evaluasi). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskritif yang meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. pemenuhan standar pendidikan di SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari sudah terpenuhi. The study adopts a literature study approach by exploring key concepts and relevant best practices. The results of literature analysis show that innovative approaches in learning management open up opportunities to integrate character values in the early childhood curriculum. Teachers as educational leaders, have a central role in implementing creative and in-depth learning strategies. The implementation of learning programs involves the use of innovative methods, collaborative projects, and the use of supporting literature that is characteristic. Although the study is literatureary, the synthesis of information from multiple sources proves that character education in early childhood can be effectively integrated through innovative approaches in learning management. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores understanding, impacts, barriers, and improvement recommendations related to the accreditation process in educational institutions. The results showed that most educators and education personnel have an adequate understanding of the concept of accreditation, but challenges arise in its practical implementation. Technical guidance was found to have a positive impact in increasing the understanding and readiness of educators and education personnel to face the accreditation process. While effective, variations in impact point to the need for a more personalized approach. The impact of strengthening accreditation includes improving the quality of education, the reputation of institutions, and the motivation of educators This study aims to analyze the role of technical guidance in strengthening accreditation for educatorsand education staff. However, some barriers such as requirements complexity, resource limitations, and resistance to change were identified. Recommendations for improvement involve developing clearer guidelines, additional training, and utilization of technology. This research is descriptive research whose data collection method uses observation and interviews. The sample of this research is school principals.
