In addition, this research also finds out about law enforcement related to the criminal act of unlicensed drug distribution in case verdict Nomor: 1/Pid.Sus/2023/Pn.Pre. The type of research used is normative research combined with empirical research. This research uses a statutory approach related to legal norms or substance, legal principles, legal theories, legal arguments combined with research that directly observes events that occur in the field. The results showed that legal arrangements related to the unlicensed drug trade are regulated in Articles 196, 197 and 198 of the Health Law. The form of law enforcement carried out regarding the distribution of unlicensed drugs in the case of the decision is repressive, which finds the application of sanctions for violators. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui akibat hukum bagi para pihak dan pihak intervensi karena tidak bergabung dalam perkara perdata serta perlindungan hukum bagi pihak ketiga (intervensi). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif analisis menggunakan data sekunder terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa akibat hukum bagi para pihak atas tidak bergabungnya pihak ketiga (intervensi) dalam perkara perdata adalah ganti rugi dan para pihak dapat digugat kembali oleh pihak Intervensi. Keberadaan SPK muncul sebagai bagian dari proses terlaksananya pengadaan barang/jasa yang merupakan program kerja pemerintah yang sangat signifikan, untuk memacu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan potensi ekonomi nasional. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kekuatan hukum mengikat dari surat perintah kerja menurut hukum perjanjian di Indonesia. Tesis ini bertujuan mengetahui dan mengkaji implementasi Peraturan Daerah Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Bantul terhadap pertambangan pasir di Kawasan pesisir serta bagaimana Upaya pemerintah kabupaten Bantul dalam penerapan Perda Tata Ruang Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan sosiologi hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Sumber data adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dengan wawancara langsung. Data Sekunder terdiri dari bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder, dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bantul Tentang Tata Ruang terhadap kegiatan pertambangan pasir di Kawasan pesisir belum optimal dan juga aktivitas kegiatan pertambangan pasir illegal masih dilakukan dikawasan pesisir Pantai yang merupakan Kawasan lindung. Selain itu juga, Negara Singapura juga memberlakukan berbagai kebijakan terkait dengan pengelolaan sampah seperti pembakaran sampah dan pengelolaan sampah makanan. Penelitian ini penting untuk dilakukan karena untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbandingan pengelolaan sampah di Negara Indonesia dan Negara Singapura. Metode yang digunakan melalui penelitian hukum empiris melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengelolaan sampah di Indonesia khususnya di Kabupaten Banyumas dengan Negara Singapura sama-sama berjalan dengan baik dan dilakukan dengan cara yang berbeda-beda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian hukum yang multi-faset, dengan fokus pada analisis dokumen hukum dan kerangka kerja hukum yang berlaku di tingkat internasional. Regulasi tersebut memberikan berbagai fasilitas seperti pembebasan atau pengurangan pajak, kemudahan repatriasi modal, dan percepatan dalam proses perizinan. Namun, dampak politik hukum dari regulasi ini terhadap Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) bertentangan dengan prinsip demokrasi ekonomi yang diatur dalam Pasal 33 Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia tahun 1945. Prinsip demokrasi ekonomi menekankan pentingnya memenuhi hak-hak dasar semua warga negara Indonesia, termasuk UMKM, tanpa kecuali. Namun, regulasi yang didasarkan pada liberalisasi perdagangan, yang lebih berpihak pada prinsip-prinsip kapitalisme, dapat membatasi hak-hak dasar tersebut, dengan memberikan keuntungan kepada mereka yang mampu bersaing dalam perdagangan internasional.
