Information technology is very important for students who want to develop their business in the modern business world. Preparation form and the system product that can be done is an information system student entrepreneurs using online payment methods which can be used as facilities and services to support Independent Campus Entrepreneurship Program for Catur University students Scholar Man. The design of this system uses the SCRUM method
which is very suitable to be applied because of the speed in the process interactive, multi-demand information system development incremental, thus requiring developers to use methods development that allows change at any time. Scrum Phase includes Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Backlog, Sprint, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. Scrum roles include Product Owner, Scrum Masters, and Development Team. implementation of the independent campus program at the Catur Insan University
Cirebon scholars by using an online payment system that integrated with Ipaymu and successfully completed within 4 Sprint in SCRUM. This system is web-based using the language PHP programming and CodeIgnite Framework.
