Peer Review Process

PEER REVIEW PROCESS

  • All articles submitted to the Agrimanex Journal will be processed directly. Those will be pre-screened by the Editorial Board who determines whether the content encounters the scientific and editorial standards of the journal. Likewise, it is in accordance with the objectives and scopes of the journal itself.
  • Each article is checked by using Turnitin, a plagiarism checking software. The level of plagiarism level above 25% will be rejected. If, based on readers, there is a plural publication or salami publication, the reader will be requested to inform the Agrimanex Journal of this suspicion. Thus, it can be studied further. The definition of multiple publications is reporting similar data in more than one article. Salami publication is the cutting or selection of data reported in research into the smallest units.
  • Articles that authorize the Editorial Board's assessment will be sent to selected reviewers according to their expertise. The reviewer's assessment will assist the Editorial Board in determining acceptance/rejection of the article. All of which go through double-blind peer review that is an article review process that hides the names of the writers and review partners. The article review assessment form can be seen here.
  • The Editorial Board targets writers to receive an article acceptance letter in 3-4 months after the article is submitted, but it should be noted that this time can only be achieved when the article process stages run effectively. Articles that do not authorize the review process will receive a notification letter.
  • The publishing flow from author submission to publication can be seen here.
