Publication Ethics

THE STATEMENT OF PUBLICATION ETHICS

Agrimanex Journal is committed to maintain the integrity of its academic track record. We strongly encourage writers to study the International Standards for Authorship and Publication Ethics published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

1) Allegation of Violation

Agrimanex Journal will process seriously if there are violations before and after publication. If these allegations are true, Agrimanex Journal has the full right for that, those cover: announce a checking and a violation, withdraw the article, convey this issue legally by including a mediator, for example from the writer's home institution.

2) Authorship and Contribution

The Agrimanex Journal requires writers to explain the originality of the articles registered, to avoid plural publications, and the contribution of each author involved. The format of this Statement Letter can be downloaded at this link.

Agrimanex Journal does not accept articles that have been submitted or published in other forms of publication, such as journals, proceedings, book chapters, etc.)

The writer must correctly cite all works mentioned in the article (scientific articles or data sets), both in the body of the article and in references. Self-citation is permitted as long as it is relevant to the topic being discussed.

3) Conflict of Interest

Writer should avoid conflicts of interest. Every interest such as roles in a project or project funding must be stated explicitly when the author registers his article in the Agrimanex Journal. If there is any doubt regarding a conflict of interest, the author can discuss it with the Agrimanex Journal Editorial Board. Therefore, the Editor can consider whether there is a conflict of interest or not.

4) The Research Data

The Bebestari Editorial Board and Partners have the responsibility to check the data fabrication and falsification. If suspicions arise, the Editorial Board will ask for consideration by inviting other Bebestari Partners, opening a dialogue with the writer, and under certain conditions the Editorial Board has the right to request data sets from the author to check.

5) Ethical Oversight

The Agrimanex Journal maintains ethical issues such as consent of respondents and informants to be involved in research, handling confidential data, and mentioning names of companies/organizations related to business ethics.

6) Intellectual Property Rights

As stated in the "Copyright Notice", the writer gives full permission to third parties to use articles published in the Agrimanex Journal with the terms provided by the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license. Copyright in the article is controlled by the writer with a non-exclusive license handed over to the Agrimanex Journal as the original publisher as well as commercial rights to include this article in a physical publication (if any) for sale to libraries or individuals.

7) Post-publication discussions and corrections

Agrimanex Journal is open to make changes to articles after publication. Post-publication corrections, revisions, or withdrawing/deleting articles can be carried out in discussions between the writer and the Editorial Board.

At the copy-editing and proofreading stage, the editor will make changes to the text without changing the meaning if there are grammatical errors, typos or ineffective sentences. Before the article is published, the Agrimanex Journal will show a camera-ready version (ready for publication) to get approval from the author.
