About the Journal

Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum De’Jure: Kajian Ilmiah Hukum is the Journal of Legal Studies, published by the Lembaga Kajian Hukum Faculty of Law, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. The journal is the result of research and study of conceptual ideas in the field of legal science on legal issues, concepts in the level of theory and practice, court decisions, analysis of government and local government policy, and others.
Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum De’Jure: Kajian Ilmiah Hukum is a form of writing research results both from academic community Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang in general and the results of the authors in the Faculty of Law, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang, and active participation of other authors outside the Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. The journal is addressed to all students, the public, experts, academics, practitioners, state administrators, NGOs, and observers of the law.
Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum De’Jure: Kajian Ilmiah Hukum published twice a year (May and September), manuscripts that have been received and ready to be published will be published online (early view) in stages and the printed version will be distributed at the end of the publishing period, namely May and September which have been registered by Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI) based on Decree Number 0005.115/JL.3.2/SK.ISSN/2015.03.
