Abstrak

Coconut ant sugar belonging to the Semi Rahyau Mandiri Cooperative is one of the superior products in Prapagan Village. Coconut ant sugar is one of the good quality sugars that is suitable for export. However, the Semi Rahayu Mandiri Cooperative still sells the coconut ant sugar to middlemen at a low price. Even though cooperatives have a great opportunity to develop their business independently. Cooperatives do not yet have a strategy to develop the business. The aim of the research is to formulate a business strategy for coconut ant sugar Koprasi Semi Rahayu Mandiri. The method used is the SWOT analysis method and the business model canvas approach. The results obtained by the position of the Semi Rahayu Mnadiri Cooperative's ant sugar business are in quadrant I (aggressive) with IFAS (1.3525) and EFAS (4.085) values. The actions taken are to improve the quality of coconut ant sugar products, increase the promotion of coconut ant sugar, maintain the label and brand as the hallmark of processed coconut ant sugar from the Semi Rahayu Mandiri Cooperative, and maintain the legality of the coconut ant sugar business of the Semi Rahayu Mandiri Cooperative. Apart from that, strategy visualization is also produced using the business model canvas approach.
