MANAJEMEN PERUBAHAN ORGANISASI SEKOLAH LUAR BIASA

Abstract

Perubahan pengelolaan sekolah, khususnya SLB sangat dipengaruhi oleh kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), berupa pola kerja, kebiasaan, nilai-nilai yang sangat kental dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, pola manajemen sekolah dan teknologi informasi pendukung organisasi sekolah. Kajian menunjukan bahwa sekolah akan selalu menghadapi perubahan, keberhasilan dalam perubahan sekolah akan dicapai manakala ada dukungan pimpinan sebagai agen perubahan dalam organiasi sekolahnya sehingga terjadi perubahan perilaku warga sekolah terhadap substansi perubahan. Permasalahan yang muncul dari hal tersebut adalah sejauh mana perubahan organiasi sekolah memiliki kesesuaian dengan apa yang diharapkan.
Peneliti ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. penelitian dilaksanakan di SLB Negeri A Jl. Sukarasa Citeureup Kota Cimahi Propinsi Jawa Barat yang sedang mengimplementasikan pendidikan inklusif, yaitu peran SLB sebagai RC pendidikan inklusif. Partisipan penelitian adalah : (1) Kepala sekolah, (2) Wakil kepala sekolah, (3) Guru-guru SLB, (4) Pengurus komite sekolah, (5) Siswa-siswa SLB yang diteliti, (6) Tenaga tata usaha sekolah.
