Abstrak

Pendahuluan: Penerapan rekam medis elektronik sedang meningkat di Negara-negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Rekam medis elektronik semakin banyak di terapkan di rumah sakit untuk mencapai peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Meningkatnya jumlah investasi rumah sakit pada sistem informasi menandakan rumah sakit memahami pentingnya kepuasan pengguna akhir dan pengguna sistem. Kepuasan pengguna adalah salah satu cara menentukan efektivias dan keberhasilan sistem informasi. Penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui hubungan kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan penguna layanan rekam medis elektronik di Rawat Jalan  RSU Queen Latifa Yogyakarta. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah petugas input data rekam medis ke Sitiql (rekam medis elektronik). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Sampel sebanyak 81 orang. Teknik penggumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan spearmank rank. Hasil Penelitian: menjelaskan bahwa p value sebesar 0,596 yaitu tidak ada hubungan antara kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan rekam medis elektronik di RSU Queen Latifa Yogyakarta. Kesimpulan: Kualitas informasi tidak dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna layanan rekam medis elektronik di RSU Queen Latifa Yogyakarta.
