Pengaruh Program Latihan Fisik Terhadap Kebugaran Jasmani Remaja di Sekolah Menengah

Dalam diskusi pada artikel ini adalah program latihan fisik dan pengaruhnya terhadap kebugaran jasmani remaja sekolah menengah. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di sekolah, diidentifikasi bahwa program latihan terstruktur yang dilakukan secara rutin memberikan peningkatan pada tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan melibatkan 200 orang siswa sebagai responden, di mana kebugaran jasmani diukur dengan menggunakan tes fisik standar. Pada akhirnya, saat temuan dilaporkan bahwa ada peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hal daya tahan, kekuatan otot, dan fleksibilitas setelah melalui program selama enam bulan. Melalui hasil ini, temuan mengonfirmasi program latihan fisik membantu kesehatan fisik remaja
