HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP DAN POLA CUCI TANGAN IBU DENGAN KEJADIAN DIARE PADA BALITA DI RUANG ANAK RSUD dr. FAUZIAH BIREUEN

Latar belakang: Penyakit Diare merupakan penyakit endemis yang berpotensi menimbulkan Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) dan masih menjadi penyumbang angka kematian di Indonesia terutama pada balita. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan pola cuci tangan ibu dengan kejadian diare pada balita di ruang anak RSUD dr.Fauziah Bireuen. Metode penelitian: menggunakan jenis penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi : dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang sedang merawat anaknya di rawat inap ruang anak pada RSUD dr.Fauziah Bireuen sebanyak 32 orang.. Sampel : teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data: dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian: menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan responden terhadap diare mayoritas cukup 18 orang (56,3%), sikap responden terhadap diare mayoritas negative 20 orang (62,5%), pola cuci tangann responden kurang baik 20 responden (62,5%). Adanya hubungan pengetahuan dengan kejadian diare pada balita di ruang anak RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen dengan nilai probabilitasnya p value (0,003) < α (0,05), adanya hubungan sikap dengan kejadian diare pada balita di ruang anak RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen dengan nilai probabilitasnya p value (0,000) < α (0,05), dan adanya Hubungan pola cuci tangan dengan kejadian diare pada balita di ruang anak RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen dengan diketahui nilai probabilitasnya p value (0,000) < α (0,05).
