PENGARUH KEPRIBADIAN DAN PERSEPSI KERJA GURU TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) GURU SMA NEGERI SE-KABUPATEN KARAWANG
Abstract
ABSTRACT
An organization will achieve success if they have employees who are more willing to work out basic tasks. Birth of OCBs on teachers themselves strongly influenced by the personality which is owned by the teachers themselves. This is in line with that expressed Luthan that “personality that accounts for service delivery OCBs, effects of nationality on the role of OCBs,the amount of control people have over their job relates to OCBs, customer knowledge and personality that jointly predict participation in OCBs” Besides, the perception of oneself paddy work also determines the level of OCB teachers. As revealed Wegner and Hollenbeck that Workers who have the perception that “workers who feel that organizational procedures are just are much more likely to engage in organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs). The personality also influence one's perception of his work it is in line with the opinion of Luthas that : the specifically, there is evidence that the employee’s personality will influence interpersonal behavior and the perception and the outcomes of organizational support”.
The objective of this research was to understand the effect of personality and perception of work on OCB. It was a quantitative research was conducted in nine teen schools located in Karawang Regency, West Java. The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hyphotesis. It was conducted to 273 teachers at Senior High School as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way.The result of this study are : (1). There is a positive direct effect of personality on OCB. (2). There is a positive direct effect of perception on work on OCB, and (3). There is a positive direct effect of personality on perception on work.

ABSTRAK
Sebuah organisasi akan mencapai keberhasilan apabila memiliki karyawan yang bersedia melakukan pekerjaan di luar tugas pokok. Lahirnya OCB pada diri guru sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepribadian yang dimiliki oleh guru itu sendiri. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan yang diungkapkan Luthan bahwa kepribadian yang menyumbang pengaruh terhadap pelayanan OCB, efek kebangsaan juga berperan pada perilaku OCB, individu memiliki pengaruh terhadap pekerjaan mereka merupakan perilaku yang berkaitan dengan OCB. Pengetahuan pelanggan dan kepribadian juga bersama-sama memprediksi partisipasi dalam OCB. Disamping itu Persepsi terhadap pekerjaan padi diri seseorang juga turut menentukan tingkat OCB guru. Sebagaimana yang diungkapkan Wegner dan Hollenbeck bahwa Pekerja yang memiliki persepsi bahwa prosedur organisasi dipromosikan secara adil hanya jauh lebih mungkin untuk terlibat dalam perilaku warga organisasi (OCB). Adapun kepribadian turut mempengaruhi persepsi seseorang terhadap pekerjaannya hal tersebut senada dengan pendapat Luthas bahwa : kepribadian karyawan akan mempengaruhi perilaku interpersonal dan persepsi dan hasil dari dukungan organisasi.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian dan persepsi kerja terhadap organizational citezenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan disembilan belas SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dalam pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 273 guru di SMA Negeri sebagai responden yang dipilih secara acak melalui metode acak sederhana. Penelitian ini berusaha membuktikan bahwa: (1). Ada efek langsung yang positif dari kepribadian pada OCB. (2). Ada efek langsung yang positif persepsi kerja pada OCB, dan (3). Ada efek langsung yang positif dari kepribadian pada persepsi kerja.
