Strategi Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Mengajar Guru Pada Kurikulum Merdeka

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru pada pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka. Masalah utama dalam studi ini adalah masih beragamnya kemampuan guru dalam beradaptasi dengan perubahan kurikulum sehingga diperlukan dukungan kepemimpinan yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis bentuk supervisi akademik, pendekatan kepemimpinan, serta praktik manajerial yang dijalankan kepala sekolah dalam memperkuat kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui kajian literatur yang melibatkan jurnal nasional dan internasional, dokumen kebijakan, serta publikasi akademik relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi, kesiapan pedagogik, dan kemampuan guru menerapkan pembelajaran yang adaptif. Praktik supervisi terstruktur, komunikasi kolaboratif, serta penciptaan budaya sekolah yang suportif terbukti menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan yang terarah dan berkelanjutan menjadi kunci peningkatan kualitas mengajar. Temuan ini berimplikasi pada perlunya penguatan sistem supervisi dan pengembangan profesional guru secara berkesinambungan.
