Pola Pengasuhan Anak Usia Dini di Rumah Bunda Daycare Karawang

This study aims to describe: (1) the implementation of early childhood care patterns at Rumah Bunda Daycare Karawang, (2) the role of managers and caregivers in Rumah Bunda Daycare Karawang. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach with research subjects namely: (1) informant source: head of management and two caregivers, (2) source of information: two foster parents at Rumah Bunda Daycare Karawang. Data collection uses interview and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Results this research shows that: (1) caregiving in Rumah Bunda Daycare Karawang is Full day, which starts at 7:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Rumah Bunda provides holistic services integrative to children includes stimulation of education, health, nutrition, protection, and parenting. The pattern of care in Mother of Daycare homes is democratic care, where caregivers give priority to the will of the child but remain under supervision in accordance with their needs and age of the child. Implementation of care is carried out between caregivers and children through habituation and play while learning, (2) the roles and objectives of Rumah Bunda Daycare and caregivers in Rumah Bunda Daycare is a temporary substitute for parental function by teaching good deep habits everyday life to create a rabbani and independent generation, be an example, and provide integrative holistic services to children. Then the role of the manager at Rumah Bunda Daycare is manage and develop institutions in all administration, coordinate caregivers in carry out their duties, and manage the facilities and infrastructure owned by the institution.
