Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam rangka mengetahui sejauh mana terlaksananya sistem manajemen mutu pendidikan berdasarkan standar manajemen mutu internal di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Batang Hari dalam pengembangan untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mendeksripsikan dan mengetahui bagaimana menerapkan siklus Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dimana metode pengambilan datanya menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Sampel dari penelitian yakni kepala sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian memperlihatkan tingkatan persentase pencapaian implementasi manajemen penjaminan mutu internal yang meliputi aspek system observasi dan dokumentasi.
