Manajemen Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) dalam Mendukung Mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Manajemen Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) di madrasah berkontribusi dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Manajemen PTSP yang terencana, terarah, dan terstandar menjadi faktor penting dalam menciptakan tata kelola administrasi yang efektif, pelayanan yang cepat dan transparan, serta kemudahan akses bagi peserta didik, guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di MAN 3 Palembang melalui teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen PTSP di MAN 3 Palembang telah berjalan cukup efektif dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap mutu PAI, terutama dalam aspek kemudahan layanan akademik keagamaan, peningkatan disiplin administrasi, kelancaran kegiatan pembelajaran, serta terbangunnya budaya pelayanan yang profesional dan berorientasi pada nilai-nilai Islami. Kendati demikian, beberapa kendala masih dihadapi, seperti kompetensi petugas yang belum merata, alur digitalisasi yang belum optimal, serta pemahaman masyarakat yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai prosedur. Oleh karena itu, penguatan manajemen PTSP diperlukan sebagai bagian strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam di madrasah secara berkelanjutan.
