Vision and Mission of Journal

Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum De’Jure: Kajian Ilmiah Hukum the Journal of Legal Studies, published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. The journal is the result of research and study of conceptual ideas in the field of legal science on legal issues, concepts in the level of theory and practice, court decisions, analysis of government and local government policy, and others. Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum De’Jure: Kajian Ilmiah Hukum is a form of writing research results both from academic community Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang in general and the results of the authors in the Faculty of Law, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang, and active participation of other authors outside the Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. The journal is addressed to all students, the public, experts, academics, practitioners, state administrators, NGOs, and observers of the law. Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum De’Jure: Kajian Ilmiah Hukum has been registered by the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI).

PURPOSE:

  1. Building synergy both in research and service at the national level that works together between fields and between faculties to find aspects of novelty an environment in the Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang;
  2. Producing research that can develop legal science and have advantages and competitiveness, attitudes of independence and high integrity and solutions to the challenges of legal dynamics by upholding morals and ethics;
  3. Forming research paradigms in the field of legal science based on competency in legal skills by the development of science, technology, arts and culture, and community social dynamics;
  4. Carry out the embodiment of tri dharma in the field of research that can be easily accessed by the community;
  5. The realization of more intensive and extensive cooperation and partnerships with other institutions in the framework of developing sustainable capabilities and competencies for the creation of legal education for the whole community.
